Dr. Stephen Kulbaba
  • Graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1999 
  • 1999-2002 - Completed a 3 year residency in diagnostic imaging at the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic/Southern California University of Health Sciences.  Residency training included rotations at the San Pedro Peninsula Hospital, University of Southern California, and the VA hospital in San Diego.
  • Completed the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology written and oral examinations and received his diplomate in Radiology in 2002. 
  • Practiced with general and nighthawk teleradiology groups in Southern California, providing interpretations for medical, chiropractic, and allied health professionals in x-ray, MRI, and CT for private imaging facilities and emergency room teleradiology. 
  • Involved in training residents in diagnostic imaging at Southern California University of Health Sciences. 
  • Extensive experience with body MRI imaging, with particular expertise in multipositional upright weight bearing MRI. 
  • Past member of the Southern California Musculoskeletal Society
  • Current President of the College of Chiropractic Radiologists of Canada (CCR (C)), representing the CCR (C) on the Chiropractic Specialty  Colleges Council and Specialties Accreditation and Policy Committee.
  • Part time assistant professor in Diagnostic Imaging, Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (LACC)/Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS).

Memberships: Manitoba Chiropractic Association, Canadian Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic College of Radiology, Fellow of the College of Chiropractic Radiologists of Canada. 

Licensing:  Manitoba and California.
